Refund Policy

Version 1.0 | In effect as of July 14, 2026.

This Refund Policy complements our Terms of Service and explains when you are entitled to a refund when subscribing to My AIssistant, a software as a service operated by Linx Softwares (Brazilian tax ID / CNPJ 63.208.063/0001-58).

1. Right of withdrawal (7 days)

Under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, you may withdraw from the contract within 7 (seven) calendar days from the payment of the first invoice, with the right to a full refund of the amount paid. This applies to any plan, monthly or annual.

2. How to request

To exercise this right, use the cancellation button in the dashboard or email [email protected]. You do not need to state a reason.

3. How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase (Pix or card), within 7 (seven) business days of our acceptance. For card payments, your statement may reflect the refund within up to 2 cycles, according to your card issuer's rules.

4. After the withdrawal period

After 7 days, your subscription follows the cancellation rules. You may cancel at any time, without penalty, through the dashboard or support. Cancellation stops automatic renewal and you keep full access until the end of the cycle you already paid for. There is no pro rata refund after a cycle has started, except when exercising the right of withdrawal (item 1) or in cases provided by the Consumer Defense Code.

5. Free trial

My AIssistant offers a 7 day free trial, no card required. There are no charges during the trial, so there is nothing to refund. You are only charged if you choose to subscribe when the trial ends.

6. Add on credits

Add on credit packs are valid for 90 days from purchase and are non refundable once used. Unused add on credits within the withdrawal period follow the rule in item 1.
